Hector Valenzuela has worked in the asphalt and concrete industry since 2019, advancing from laborer to Lead, Foreman, and now Field Operations Manager. In this leadership role, Hector is essential to ARC’s field operations. He oversees crew management, job site execution, safety expectations, regulatory compliance, training oversight, and succession planning to help develop the next generation of field leaders. His focus on overall crew safety helps ensure that teams are prepared, productive, and able to complete work to a high standard while getting home safely at the end of each day. Hector values ARC’s team culture, where crew members support one another, stay motivated to improve, and take pride in quality work. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, working on his 1990 4Runner, and spending time with his family.
