Memo joined the ARC team as a Foreman in March 2026. He began working with his family’s asphalt business while in high school and built most of his experience in residential concrete. In his role, Memo helps keep jobs safe, organized, and on schedule by directing daily job site operations, enforcing safety rules, and supporting timely project completion. He appreciates the team’s strong working relationships and the way crew members look out for one another. Outside of work, Memo enjoys bull and bronco riding and shoeing horses.
